Director and Senior Recruiter @ TALENTD | Founder and NED, Digital Recruitment CRO Manager We are looking for a CRO Manager who leads the end-to-end execution of client CRO programs. This involves collaborating with teams to develop strategies, managing day-to-day activities, overseeing A / B tests, and ensuring seamless project delivery across all stages—research, design, and development.

Responsibilities Develop and execute CRO strategies alongside the Head of Digital and UX teams. Manage client relationships and ensure the smooth execution of CRO activities. Oversee project timelines, budgeting, and financials. Collaborate with data analysts to track key metrics and provide insights. Lead A / B testing and personalization strategies to enhance customer experience. Report performance and insights to internal teams and clients. Work closely with operations, data, UX, and web production teams. Qualifications 4-6+ years of experience in eCommerce, CRO, or Digital / UX fields. Strong expertise with CRO tools (CrazyEgg, VWO, FullStory, etc.) and Adobe Experience stack (Target, Analytics, Experience Manager). Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and / or Looker Studio. Experience in A / B testing and website optimization. Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS is a plus.
