To thrive in this role, you will have :
About the Role- Provides BAU guidance in the use of roster tools, to support the Aged Care and Health Services roster framework.- Support the delivery of rostering system training to aged care homes and hospitals as required.- Provide ongoing BAU support for facility based rostering coordinators to ensure ongoing best practice in rostering and timely publishing of working rosters.- Provides RosterOn technical support to all stakeholders, including managers and rostering staff- Use of computer and software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.- Use and management of RosterOn system.- Produce reports as required to ensure rostering best practice and operational efficiency across all facilities- Supports Workforce Team to deliver project related requirements.
