You'll be involved in a variety of litigation matters, including but not limited to :

Contract and property disputes Building and construction litigation Insolvency and bankruptcy matters Credit Code and Australian Consumer Law disputes General commercial litigation About You :

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have :

Minimum of 4 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation Strong technical and communication skills A positive, proactive approach and a desire to grow your career The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level litigation lawyer who wants meaningful work, autonomy, and to be part of a firm that truly values its people.
