As a Litigation Lawyer with this firm, you will gain exposure to complex and challenging matters for a diverse client base.

This role offers a modern office environment, great resources, interesting and challenging matters with access to senior lawyers.

You can expect to gain experience with a broad range of litigious matters, including contract disputes, negligence, defamation, and more!

You will gain experience taking matters to trial, including interesting and high-value matters in the Supreme Court!

Scope of work includes :

General Commercial Litigation

Joint Venture and Shareholder Disputes

Defamation

Restructuring, Insolvency, and Debt Recovery

Building and Construction Disputes; and more!

About you :

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1 year post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
