Responsibilities : Let your culinary skills shine as you prepare and cook mouthwatering dishes to our high standards. Thrive under pressure as you handle high-volume numbers without compromising on quality. Jam with the band, AKA other kitchen team members, to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Training and supporting junior kitchen staff to reach their full potential. Unleash your creativity by contributing to menu planning and development. Keep the kitchen stage clean and organised, including proper stock storage and rotation. Collaborate with the team to maintain health and safety standards. Requirements : 2+ years experience as a culinary rockstar, in a similar role. Ability to rock it in a high-volume environment and juggle multiple tasks with ease. Excellent organisational and time management skills to keep the show running smoothly. Stellar communication and leadership abilities to keep the team in harmony. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations like a pro. Team player mentality with a kick-ass attitude and a genuine passion for food.
