Reporting to the Senior Campaign Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering large scale marketing campaigns from end to end. • What You'll Be Doing

As the Campaign Marketing Specialist you will :

• Deliver marketing campaigns end to end.
• Engage all key stakeholders throughout activity process.
• Ensure campaigns are optimised to increase transactions and improve brand metrics.
• Execute campaigns on schedule and within budget.
• Evaluate the success of campaigns and provide recommendations and learnings for future campaigns.
• To be successful in this role you will have
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing
• 1-3 years' experience in the marketing field with a strong understanding of the media landscape (ideally digital media)
• Retail background is preferred (not necessary)
• Visionary thinker but also pragmatic and efficient doer
• Proven ability to work effectively in an environment of high activity, competing priorities and time pressures.
• Excellent project management skills and stakeholder management
• Strong problem-solving skills, including using data and insights to drive recommendations
