Business Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

Discovers and explores business opportunities.Proactively Identify, keep track trends and pursue potential business prospects.Prepare business plans, sales presentation, related reports and documents for purpose of sales activities (include quotation, proposals, etc)Build and manage relationships with stakeholders (clients, partners etc.)Drive sales and revenue growth.Lead tender participation and ensure comprehensive and competitive submissions.Attend industry functions.Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your reporting manager or management deem fit.Job Requirements :

Minimum Diploma in relevant field.Proven experience in business development, marketing or sales.Excellent communication and presentation skills, relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively engage and persuade potential clients.Independent working style with minimal supervision, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Experience in Oil & Gas industry will be added advantages.Willing to travel and have own transport.Technical Advisor

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients on NDT-related matters.
• Analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
• Evaluate potential risks associated with technical implementations and advise on mitigation strategies.
• Develop and optimize NDT procedures and techniques for specific applications.
• Develop comprehensive NDT inspection plans, considering relevant standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Analyze and interpret complex NDT data, identifying potential flaws and defects.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting inspection findings, including recommendations for corrective actions.
• Communicate findings effectively to engineering and management teams.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in NDT technology and methodologies.
• Contribute to the development of new services, processes, or systems.
• Document findings, recommendations, and technical details for future reference.
• Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work with various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
• Supervise and mentor inspector / technicians in the application of NDT techniques and provide guidance on technical best practices.
• Participate in client meetings, providing technical expertise and support.
• Conduct NDT training sessions for technicians and other relevant personnel.
• Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your reporting manager or management deem fit.
