The Business Development Manager at Securoak is responsible for driving new business growth in the identity security and wider cybersecurity industry.This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client and Vendor relationships, developing strategic partnerships, be the focal point for relationship strategies, sales plans, proposal strategies, and contract negotiations and managing the sales process from prospecting to close. The ideal candidate will have a understanding of identity security solutions, proven sales experience, and the ability to communicate value to both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Identify and convert new business opportunities to grow Securoak's revenue, with a focus on identity solutions.Develop and manage a database of qualified leads through referrals, meetings, calls, emails, social selling, and networking.Conduct market research to analyze trends, assess competition, and identify expansion opportunities.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.Develop and deliver effective proposal presentations and RFP responses.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and support) to align strategies and achieve account goals.Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.Negotiate and close deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets.Represent Securoak at industry events, conferences, and networking to enhance brand presence and generate leads.Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or related technology sectors.Strong understanding of identity security, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.Compelling verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Industry and market knowledge.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Bachelor or Master's degree in business, IT, cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred).Location
