Belle Casa Interiors is looking for a dynamic, results-driven relationship expert to lead our sales and trade engagement across the premium residential construction industry.

If you're well-connected with builders, developers, or architects — and love seeing high-end design come to life — this is your chance to join a boutique studio making big waves.

What You'll Be Doing Act as the face of Belle Casa for clients, builders, and industry partners

Build and manage relationships that lead to ongoing project referrals

Liaise with high-end builders and their clients to introduce our interior design offering

Manage new client leads from enquiry to signed project

Represent the studio at site meetings, launches, and industry events

Work closely with our design team to ensure a seamless client experience

Who You Are Charismatic and polished communicator

Experience in construction, interiors, or property sales (3+ years)

You already know the right people — strong existing builder or architect network in SE QLD

Self-motivated and strategic — you love a challenge and follow up until the deal is done

Passionate about beautiful spaces and premium client service
