Then you could be the perfect Aboriginal Workforce Development Coordinator (HM3) for our service. This is an Identified Aboriginal / Torres Strait Islander Position. Applicants for this position must be of Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander descent through parentage, identify as an Aboriginal person and / or Torres Strait Islander and be accepted in the community as such. Exemption is claimed under Section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977(NSW). We are looking for someone with appropriate tertiary qualifications and / or equivalent experience in human resources management, workforce planning or managing Aboriginal Workforce related issues in a large, diverse service organisation. Someone with demonstrated understanding of the issues that impact on the recruitment, retention and progression of Aboriginal staff in large organisations and the opportunities to address them.
