About the role

As an Operations Coordinator you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across logistics, procurement, inventory, and facilities management. From managing RMA transactions and supporting warehouse activities to coordinating events and maintaining safety compliance, your contributions will help drive smarter, greener, and more collaborative outcomes.

Based in Mount Waverley, VIC 3149

Duties and responsibilities :

RMA support : Managing RMA transactions in SAP, freights and update receiving and despatching status to service team.

Administrative Support : Receiving parcels,Maintaining and inputting data in SAP – goods receiving / issuing, and uploading Serial numbers for warranty etc. Supporting Supply Chain planners when needed.

Procurement & Inventory Management : Manage office / warehouse supply procurement and ensure timely restocking of essential materials. Assisting stock count and auditing to ensure stock accuracy.

Supporting and assisting events / meetings : answering reception, purchasing materials,coordinating shipments and hire labour agent for events.

Office / warehouse maintenance : supply procurement, maintaining, equipment, and overseeing maintenance services. Serve as the main point of contact for maintenance workers and service providers, ensuring all repair and maintenance jobs are promptly addressed.

Facilities Inspections & Safety Compliance : Conduct regular checks on office / warehouse infrastructure to identify maintenance needs. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards and keep emergency protocols up to date.

Other ad hoc tasks as required by the Supervisor / Manager

Required Skills and Experience

Comfortable using computers and performing basic administrative duties including using the MS Suite and responding to emails

Consistent reliability and punctuality

Excellent attention to detail

Good time management and organisational skills

Experience with SAP is preferred but not essential

Highly motivated, flexible with a solid work ethic and positive attitude
