Operations Coordinator

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and streamlining day-to-day operations, coordinating jobs and teams, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery across all aspects of our warehouse facilities.

The Role

This is a full-time position, reporting to our Warehouse Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn and develop their industry knowledge and skills in a dynamic, diverse environment.

What will an average day look like?

A list of your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Resource allocation on new and existing projects to deliver on client KPIs
• Daily communication and collaboration with operations, management, and external stakeholders
• Works reporting including scope of works detail and project costing
• Coordination of import and export orders
• Documentation processing
• Data Entry
• Liaison with carriers, clients and internal and external teams

While prior experience in the industry will be highly regarded, it is not essential. Our team will provide training on our systems and processes to help you excel in this role.
