About the Centre Brunswick Baths is a state-of-the-art aquatic and fitness centre located in the heart of Brunswick. Facilities include a 50-metre heated outdoor pool, a 20-metre heated indoor pool, a waterplay pool, gym, group fitness room, functional training room, spa, sauna, and steam room. We offer programs and classes for all ages and abilities, including swimming lessons, water aerobics, yoga, and Pilates.
About the Role As the Operations Coordinator at Brunswick Baths, you will manage the Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams, oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee training, rostering, and timesheets. You will ensure daily operations comply with contractual requirements, quality standards, and industry guidelines. Responsibilities also include managing Health & Safety, Risk, Environment, facility maintenance, and contractor relationships.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $66,228 per annum plus Superannuation and other benefits.
About You 1-2 years leadership experience in aquatic facility operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage the team. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Understanding of risk management practices and safety systems.
