About the roleAccountable for operational execution and customer service for Coles Primary Freight with a specific focus on rejected goods, accounts discrepancies and supplier non-conformance matters.
You will also :
Liaise with suppliers, transport and coles internally to resolve rejection and conformance issuesAssist in resolving Accounts claims through reconciling delivery data and processes to identify reasons for claimsCreate appropriate shipments for payments and charges resulting from resolutions.About you and your skills2+ years of experience in transport and / or supply chain covering FMCGExperience of working with transport management systemsAdvanced Excel knowledge and skillsExcellent numerical, planning and software exposure / skillsWhat's in it for you?Flexible working options
