Operations Coordinator

Mutimer's team is expanding and we are looking for a results-driven Operations Coordinator to join our growing team, based in Collingwood. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day relationships with our third-party operational contractors, working closely with our internal team to proactively coordinate and oversee all internal and external operations.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate with third-party warehouses and internal teams to ensure inbound stock from suppliers, freight forwarders and couriers are processed and delivered efficiently and accurately.Create and provide all necessary paperwork required from external contractors for timely delivery of stock.Support the internal team with order management, order timeframe, stock quantity forecasting to our third-party warehouses.Manage shipping procedures with 3PL contractors to ensure policies are followed and working in partnership to solve any challenges.Lead quarterly business review meetings with 3PL partners to drive continuous improvement and support in strategic projects.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure key production deadlines are met.Proactively implement projects and initiatives to improve logistics operations, in order to pave the way for business growth, such as lead time and cost reductions related to order fulfilment, bulk shipping and general logistics operations.Lead supply chain operations meetings to ensure shipping and financial KPIs are being met.Manage internal software and systems to ensure information is easy to access and navigate as needed by each team member.Collaborate with external contractors to ensure the back end of the website and related software is running smoothly and implement systems and processes to improve the operational functionality of the website.Collaborate with external accountants to provide key financial updates to effectively communicate operational costs.Perform and collaborate with internal teams on financial tasks such as cash flow analysis, budgeting and growth analysis.Manage all communications relating to import and delivery dates, ensuring that relevant stakeholders are advised of delivery timeframes and any delays.What We Are Looking For Experience in a similar role within supply chain for a fast-paced business and / or relevant degree such as Operations Management, Accounting or Logistics.Experience in import and export processes.Ability to work independently, take initiative, multi-task and prioritise tasks based on business needs, in a fast-paced environment.Detail oriented, process driven, well-organised, with ability to think outside of the box to overcome any roadblocks or challenges.Excellent written and verbal communication, with a proven ability to communicate with key external stakeholders in an effective and timely manner.Experience in budgeting and working with financial data.Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Shopify.If this role sounds like the right fit for you, please email your cover letter and resume to .
