About the role As our Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager and local site teams by providing monitoring, reporting, and hands-on operational support to ensure our services have the tools and capability to meet compliance requirements and maximise funding and enrolments - while always looking for ways to improve systems and processes.
No two days are the same - you'll be working across multiple systems (like QikKids and 1Place), checking reports, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting admin teams, and helping sites maintain consistency with regulations and policy.
You'll also play a key role in projects and continuous improvement initiatives, working alongside educators, admin teams and leadership to make sure our systems are working well and supporting the best outcomes for children.

About you You'll be someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. You'll have a great eye for detail, confidence with systems, and a problem-solving mindset.
We're looking for someone who has :
Cert III qualification (minimum) in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) and / or a business-related field
Sound knowledge of the ECEC sector from an operational and compliance perspective.
Strong working knowledge of Childcare Management Systems and Family Assistance Law as it relates to childcare fee assistance.
Ability to navigate and understand the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Law and National Regulations and our compliance obligations.
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (travel across sites is required)
