We are currently looking for an Operations Coordinator to join RedBook Inspect (RBI) to provide support to the Inspection team. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, this role will suit someone who enjoys working in a broad role that continues to evolve to meet the needs of the business as it grows.
Redbook Inspect is a fast-growing business providing innovative safety and inspection services, delivered both in person and digitally by a talented, highly qualified workforce. We use our own in house developed tech to drive improved safety and commercial outcomes to a range of industry sectors including ride-share, dealerships, consumer and finance.
What's on offerA place where you can move your career forward, where you'll be continuously backed to make new ideas happen, and the chance to do work that makes real, significant impact in the world.We're a certified Great Place to Work, Family Friendly Workplace and WGEA Employer of Choice.The support of a highly engaged, high-performing team including a leadership team that you'll actually have face time with.18 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers, four weeks paid secondary caregivers leave, six weeks paid gender transition leave.Job DescriptionWhat you'll doCollaborate with the National Operations Manager and key field leadership team to ensure continuity of inspection schedules and continued training and development of field staff.Support coordination and tracking of resources and activities to ensure delivery of business process improvement initiatives.Drive customer experience with our product and service offerings.Identify areas of improvement to help influence the continued improvement of the RBI service.Collaborate with the Operation Team Leads to learn and manage new processes to help our business and RBI customers get the most from our product and service.Support the management team with monitoring of the organisation's policies, procedures and other documentation in line with legislative and policy changes.QualificationsWhat we are looking for?Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don't take ourselves too seriously).Experience working in an operations support role.Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvement.Expertise to manage reporting through a variety of different systems including Excel.Additional Information
