- Training and Operations Coordinator.
- This role puts you in a management role.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Evaluate team members and provide training as required to ensure employees are efficient and productive with their time and work to ensure labour costs are managed
- Undertake compliance, risk, quality assurance / control and health safety checks and mitigate any issues / concerns
- Create work and implement workplace policies for restaurants
- End of month stocktake
- Manage equipment repairs / maintenance with relevant stakeholder / tradesperson
- Meeting with trials to provide introduction to yourself and the business
- Undertake a portion of trials (remainder of trials will be undertaken by operation assistants and team leaders)
- Obtain information and feedback from the trial attendee
- Obtain information and feedback from the person who undertook the trial
- Implement and undertake staff inductions
- Performance management
- Minimising food wastage
- Maximising staff productivity alongside efficiency within the workplace
