They have created a new venture to tackle the rest of the world, with a plan to expand into all major metropolitan areas of Australia, and then into Asia.
With 20+ years' experience researching and maintaining commercial real estate data, they understand the importance of accurate information. That's why they have market-specific research teams dedicated solely to each data silo to ensure they provide the most accurate and up-to-date information possible. This information includes lease expiries, face rents, real-time vacancy and availability, property details, sales history, ownership data and analytics.
After the successful launch of the Sydney and Melbourne markets, with your help they will increase their penetration as the market leader for an expanding client base that includes REITS, Owners, Agencies, Valuation firms and industry participants.
Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer this is a dedicated and customer oriented sales role to deliver clear and achievable revenue targets.
You will be trained and coached on all aspects of the business from research to their bespoke sales operations process. There is also the opportunity for support from appointment setting, CRM admin and contract administration teams.
Most importantly, there is clear potential to double your base salary under a market leading commission structure.
