Head Of Marketing Insights (Sydney Based)

You will be responsible for leading our Marketing Insights team of Analysts to create actionable insights, provide clarity and help shape / optimise Marketing activities across all VGW brands.

• Key responsibilities will include
• Working collaboratively with the wider Marketing team to identify insight analytics requirements
• Working closely with the Marketing Insights team and wider Marketing stakeholders to prioritise analytics requirements, with a focus on maximising commercial insight and business performance
• Working closely with your Marketing Insights team to develop their skills and performance to continue to build a high performing team
• Developing strong relationships across the broader analytics and technical community within VGW - pushing to ensure a high quality of data
• What you will bring to the role
• Highly proficient in SQL and other coding languages - sufficient to teach / train Insight Analysts and Senior Insight Analysts
• 8+ years in a Marketing Analytics / Insight role
• BA / MSc in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• 4+ yrs in people management
• Clearly demonstrable ability to convert data analytics into actionable commercial insight
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
