About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Organisational Development Project Coordinator, to join our team. This role will suit a detail-oriented professional, who will play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end Academic Promotions process.

You will also be responsible for developing project plans and supporting talent-related programs across the employee lifecycle. From crafting clear process documentation and gathering insightful data for reporting, to organising stakeholder workshops and assisting with a wide range of workplace development enquiries-this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.

About You

You're a detail-oriented, adaptable and driven professional who thrives in a dynamic learning and development environment. This role requires effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration. To be successful in this role you will have :

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business or a related field is preferred and / or relevant certifications and work experience.
• Experience using human capital management systems such as Workday
• Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a learning and development environment.

What We Offer

Base Salary Range : $95,893 to $103,828 pa (HEW 6) plus 17% superannuation.

This position is full-time role and will be made on a continuing basis.
