Head Chef

100,000 – $110,000 per year + plus super

The Greenhouse in Newstead is our 3rd Brisbane restaurant, currently under construction and scheduled to open at the end of October 2025. We are seeking a Head Chef to work alongside our Group Executive Chef to launch this exciting flagship venue in Newstead.

You must be a chef who can operate and lead with excellence and quality. This venue will seat 200 guests and will serve a contemporary Australian menu prepared at a hatted level.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Cooking with wood, charcoal, and traditional cook lines (gas / electricity)
• Creative direction with menu and recipe development
• Managing a kitchen team of 10+
• Ordering and procurement
• Ensuring quality service and operations
• Overseeing all meal services
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Managing all back-of-house operations
• Implementing food safety procedures
