The Role : As a Registered Nurse with us, you'll : Deliver Care : Provide evidence-based care tailored to each resident's needs, empowering them to maintain independence and a fulfilling life.

Lead and Support : Serve as a role model and support your colleagues in a collaborative and compassionate environment.

Manage Duties : Work closely with the Facility Manager, Clinical Manager, Nurse Supervisor, Consultant, and other team members on various projects and responsibilities.

Daily Responsibilities : Offer clinical support and guidance to the Residential Aged Care Team.

Use resources and equipment efficiently and safely.

Conduct detailed clinical assessments and meet residents' care needs.

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships.

Adhere to the Aged Care Code of Conduct and Charter of Care Recipients' Rights and Responsibilities.

Requirements : Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.

Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 12 months post-registration experience.

Current Driving Licence (preferred).

Current CPR Certificate.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and manage conflicts effectively.
