Assistant Store Manager

THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Demonstrating sales leadership to the team and able to monitor and achieve store KPIs.
• Supporting the team in building long term client relationships, through a client centric mindset.
• Supporting the Store Manager in managing and motivating the team to drive business and create a positive and harmonious environment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• You will have previous retail management experience within a retail environment (luxury / premium preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and able to deliver luxury customer service experience.
• Ability to generate trust among both co-workers and clients.
• Proven initiative and a can-do attitude.
• Available to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.
