Assistant Store Manager

Auto Repair group Somerton are excited to welcome a new, Assistant Store Manager to their friendly team. In this role, you will support managing our busy workshop, developing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers and team members. You will lead and work closely with sales staff, motor mechanics, tyre technicians and wheel aligners to deliver the best service to our valued customers. Your day-to-day tasks would include :

• Manage day to day business operations of our workshop team ensuring labour and resources are assigned efficiently.
• Ensure scheduled repairs are carried out to our high specified standards
• Quoting on mechanical repairs and servicing
• Organising parts purchasing
• Working with the management team, assist with the implementation of policies, procedures and systems.

Auto Repair Group (Carrera Motors Engineering) is a privately owned mechanical engineering and suspension repair specialist which has been successfully operating for 20 years. We are currently operating from two sites (Nunawading, Geelong) and now in Somerton. We provide mechanical and suspension repair services to every major insurer.

• Previous Automotive Service experience
• Trade qualifications and broad experience within the automotive field
• Ability to quote on mechanical repairs and servicing

• Salary
• 55,928.30 - $69,108.32 per year

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift
