Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets & KPIsDeliver an exceptional customer experience of a high quality with every interactionTrain & develop your team in product knowledge and selling techniquesOversee stock management and visual merchandising with your keen eye for detailProvide coaching and real-time feedback to staffEnsure smooth day-to-day store operationsWhat do you need :
