Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in Fitzroy, VIC.

Sunday to Thursday Roster.

The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining high levels of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with retail loss prevention.

Tasks also include staff training and supervision, inventory management, and implementing store policies and procedures.

Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Experience in Store Management Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in the retail industry is a plus Interested?
