Initial 12-month contract
We are seeking an APS4 Digital Adoption Support Officer for our federal government client.
In this role you will be responsible for helping healthcare provider organisations navigate the process of registering for the national My Health Record (MHR) system and Provider Connect Australia (PCA), and new products that are developed.
You will work closely with healthcare provider organisations such as specialists (e.g. cardiologists, respirologists), aged care, pharmacy or allied health and private hospitals, providing specialist and administrative support.
You must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with and provide advice to a range of external stakeholders.
You will have a friendly, outgoing phone manner and willingness to do both outbound cold calling and inbound call handling. In addition, you will have strong oral and written communication skills and experience working with Excel.
Experience in the healthcare sector or experience working in a government call centre or help desk environment would be highly regarded.
