Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, your role will encompass :
Providing comprehensive HR guidance and support to your portfolio of internal stakeholders and the leadership groupSupporting employee life cycle matters, from onboarding through to exit interviewsDriving best practices in Employee Relations, including performance management, conflict resolution and conducting internal investigationsSupporting Industrial Relations initiatives by collaborating with the leadership team to negotiate enterprise agreements and liaise with respective unionsBuild key stakeholder relationships to provide guidance and knowledge in line with various initiatives and projectsAct as a true Business Partner to your stakeholder portfolio across numerous geographical locations
About You
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate :
Extensive experience as a Generalist HR Practitioner with expertise in ER, IR and strategic initiativesOutstanding organisational skills and a keen eye for detailTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related fieldProfessional and respectful communication skillsA proactive mindset and ability to deliver high-quality outcomes independentlyAmbition and drive to grow within a dynamic organisation
