Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, your role will encompass :
- Providing comprehensive HR guidance and support to your portfolio of internal stakeholders and the leadership group
- Supporting employee life cycle matters, from onboarding through to exit interviews
- Driving best practices in Employee Relations, including performance management, conflict resolution and conducting internal investigations
- Supporting Industrial Relations initiatives by collaborating with the leadership team to negotiate enterprise agreements and liaise with respective unions
- Build key stakeholder relationships to provide guidance and knowledge in line with various initiatives and projects
- Act as a true Business Partner to your stakeholder portfolio across numerous geographical locations
About You
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate :
Extensive experience as a Generalist HR Practitioner with expertise in ER, IR and strategic initiativesOutstanding organisational skills and a keen eye for detailTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related fieldProfessional and respectful communication skillsA proactive mindset and ability to deliver high-quality outcomes independentlyAmbition and drive to grow within a dynamic organisationWhy Apply?
