Our client is a National Professional Services firm with a glowing reputation and presence across Australia. They currently have an exciting opening for a well-established Senior HR Advisor or emerging Business Partner to join their team in Perth.
DescriptionReporting to the National People & Performance Manager, your duties will include, but not limited to;Offering Generalist HR guidance and support to internal stakeholdersAssisting with process mapping and frameworksSupporting the leadership group with Employee Relations, end to endBuilding stakeholder relationships to support culture engagementAdhoc recruitment and part of the yearly grad program coordinationSupport the leadership team with strategic projects and initiativesAssisting the wider business with general HR queries and requestsInterpret all relevant modern awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and regulationsProfileAs an ideal applicant, you will have;Previous experience within a Senior Advisor or Business Partner levelKnowledge and understanding of the legal or professional services sectorProven transactional generalist experience, with a dedicated focus on ER and TalentOutstanding organisation skills and attention to detailExposure and use of SuccessFactorsOutstanding communication style and abilityExcellent use of own initiativeOpportunityAuthentic, friendly and supportive cultureFantastic Perth CBD LocationAttractive salary packageImmediate start availableIf you're well suited to the opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
