Practice Manager

This is a busy general practice environment providing wide ranging services from General Practice, Nursing treatment rooms, as well as a range of Allied Health services.

We are ideally looking for a dynamic, highly organised person who will be a positive role model demonstrating high level of respect for others and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include, management and support for doctors, induction and and ongoing training of staff, staff performance reviews, ensure integrity of patient records, maintaining practice facilities at a high standard, maintenance of equipment, management of rosters, financial reports and practice budgets, promoting the quality process and company values.

• Experience in a Leadership position in General Practice setting
• A dynamic personality able to motivate and work collaboratively with staff
• Highly organised
• Strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of MBS billing or other Healthcare funding mechanisms
• Experience and understanding of quality standards and practice accreditation
• Excellent communications skills - written and verbal
