The Field Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of Radiometer instrument. Enable achievement of RPAC Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) through delivering excellence in Services activities.

This position reports to the Service Manager and is part of the RPAC Field Service Team located in East Perth, Western Australia and will be a remote role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Prove your technical ability to troubleshoot and repair complex instrumentation.
• Execute all service processes in line with the RPAC quality manual.
• Assist the RPAC service team in maintaining any relevant KPIs.
