The latest jewel in our Supply Chain crown is our 16,000 square metre semi-automated facility represents the next enhancement in the ongoing modernisation and innovation in our Supply Chain operations. Our new facility will increase our capacity to support growth and ensure a seamless experience for our customers, no matter how they choose to shop. The site will also boast impressive value-driven sustainability and Team Member facilities.
Our Supply Chain plays an essential part in bringing our vision and purpose to life with a strong focus on growth, continuous improvement and modernisation of our vast network. For this highly sought after management opportunity, we are looking for a seasoned supply chain and logistics leader to drive the fulfilment and delivery operations across WA and NT. Our Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) Manager ensures accurate and consistent same day order fulfilment and delivery for all Officeworks' customers and store operations.
Based at the Perth airport, this role will manage all aspects of Safety, People, Service, Productivity, Cost & Inventory, overseeing all key departmental operations including Receiving / Replenishment, Picking, Despatch, Inventory and Customer Service.
This pivotal role championing change, will suit a dynamic people leader who can take an integral seat in our Supply Chain team to develop and drive the retail and ecommerce fulfilment standards. Leading and coaching a CFC Operations team, this role will deliver a consultative, collaborative and compliant fulfillment and logistics service to our stores from our Customer Fulfillment and Distribution Centres.
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders including 3PL service providers and team members across the business to support the delivery of the Officeworks Supply Chain vision, you will drive continuous enhancements in our Operational process, systems and infrastructure.
An established team leader and natural problem solver, you enjoy leveraging your team management and development skills within a fast-paced, dynamic and varied work environment.
