- As a Disability Support Worker at CPA, you will have a comprehensive learning journey throughout your orientation and ongoing development. This includes : _

Your duties will include :
Delivering personalised support in a group home settingProviding in home support by assisting clients at meal times, with personal care and administering medicationAssisting with domestic duties around the homeSupporting clients to engage and participate in their communitySocialise and build a happy and positive relationship with our clientsUsing CPA minivan to transport clients if applicableRequirementsNSW Driver's LicenseOur group homes operate 24 / 7, you must been available for at least 20 hours per week, 3-4 days, across a variety of shift times including night shiftsPLEASE NOTE : Cerebral Palsy Alliance has a relentless commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our clients and staff, as such all employees at CPA must be triple vaccinated against COVID-19, prior to their start date._So if you would like to work for a Not-for-profit organisation, where you are appreciated, have flexibility, get paid to learn, and where you can take pride in the fact that you are making a difference each and every day, then this is the role for you!
