ABOUT US

Delta Community Support is a professional NDIS Registered Organisation that provides support to participants with Disabilities in Australia. We specialise in finding quality staff who really want to support our participants and customers make a meaningful change to their everyday lives.

• We are looking for Casual Staff to work with our client base.
• You will be required to cover shifts in mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight both weekdays and weekends.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

If you are passionate about making a difference in the community. On a day-to-day basis, your duties might include : accessing community facilities, personal care and grooming, meeting friends and other outings, medical appointments, helping with household chores, administering medication, transporting the customer and providing general support.

To be successful in the role you must be able to demonstrate character traits such as empathy, honesty, flexibility and the ability to provide warm encouragement. You will be dedicated to improving the lives of both young people and adults, and have the following attributes :
