Orthodontic Receptionist - Full time

We are looking for an experienced medical receptionist with dental or orthodontic experience to join our busy, happy team on the Northern Beaches. We think we're the best practice on the Northern Beaches and we're proud of our staff and the service we provide. Our practice is fast paced, fun and friendly, check out our social media!

The position is fulltime, working a 36 hour week with Wednesdays and weekends off.

We're looking for someone who has exceptional customer service skills, a great telephone manner and can carry out administration tasks quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include

• General reception and administration tasks
• Customer service, appointment bookings and invoicing
• Supporting the orthodontist and other team members

Orthodontic or dental experience will be highly regarded, however we are also prepared to assist with further training if required.
