As the front line of our reception team, you will be required to have a friendly disposition and show excellent communication skills as we welcome patients into our practice and schedule their appointments accordingly. We pride ourselves on exceptional outcomes for our patients and love being part of their Orthodontic journey and offer all the latest technologies in the field.

• Your key responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls
• Appointment scheduling
• Manage patient finances
• Follow up patient calls
• Banking
• Reports

Offering great remuneration

• Full training will be provided. Previous Dental or Medical experience will be highly regarded.
• Salary
• 25.00 - $38.00 per hour
Schedule :
• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
