• About the Role
• Co-ordinate and schedule trades and services to make sure maintenance is completed as quickly as possible.
• Manage defects on houses just built for the first 3 months
• Manage warranty issues that within the 7 year warranty period
• Refer to Victorian Standards and Tolerances and BCA's for defecting rectification standards.
• Liaise with major clients regarding warranty requirements for projects within the service & warranty periods when necessary.
• Check & review maintenance and warranty reports.
• About you
• Previous experience in a similar role OR
• Trade background looking to get off the tools
• Avanced level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
