As a key member of the National Sales Leadership Team (NSLT) and reporting to the General Manager Sales for Australia & New Zealand, this role will be responsible for demonstrating clear collaborative leadership to deliver the total BFWG Vison and Mission, whilst building our business within a defined key customer and critical stakeholder base.
Continuous improvement will be at the heart of your focus, building stronger and more collaborative relationships as a true wine category partner with our key strategic customers as measured within the Advantage Survey Report and to achieve your individual KPIs and performance targets as outlined within the BFWG Annual Operating Plan.
To provide senior thought leadership with a shopper customer consumer lens working cross functionally with the marketing and category teams.
Delivery of the BFWG Sales Strategy and performance targets within a defined customer / channel base.
Management of key accounts & key stakeholders as designated by General Manager Sales - AUS / NZ incorporating the development and implementation of strategic joint business plans for increased sales growth, product distribution, promotional activity ad profit optimisation.
Participate proactively and professionally as a member of the National Sales Leadership Team
Strive to deliver continuous improvement in everything we do.
5 years proven record with key accounts or regional wholesaler experience within the wine industry or FMCG
Professional business approach as a senior representative / ambassador for BFWG
Bring a Pro-active and enthusiastic approach to your role
