Job descriptionHigh-Risk Trainers and Assessors that are looking to make a positive difference in people's lives with the following. Basic, Intermediate, Advanced Scaffolding SB, SI, SA. Dogging Basic Intermediate and Advanced Rigging, RB, RI, RA Confined Space / Work at Heights Further to the above, experience in the follow would be advantageous but not mandatory to the position Dogging & Rigging Elevated Work Platform EWP Forklift Operations Atmospheric Gas Testing Basic Fire Fighting Mechanical Trade Experience In addition, you will need to have or be willing to attain the following current units of competency CPCCLSF2001 - Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding basic level CPCCLSF3001- Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding intermediate level CPCCLSF4001Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding advanced level CPCCLDG3001 - Licence to perform dogging CPCCLRG3001 - Licence to perform rigging basic level CPCCLRG3002 - Licence to perform rigging intermediate level CPCCLRG4001 - Licence to perform rigging advanced level WHAT WE LOOK FOR Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) Minimum of 5 years in Scaffolding Trade Advance Scaffolding qualification Relevant High-Risk Work License Registered High Risk Assessor Card or ability to acquire Forklift License (Advantageous) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High level computer level skills Previous RTO experience, including training and assessment process and evidence recording requirements (Highly desirable) Experience with online learning management systems (Highly desirable) Ability to identify gaps in skills Excellent organisational skills Proven ability to deliver effective training Safety and quality focus WHAT WE OFFER Attractive Renumeration Fulltime employment Paid leave entitlements Great company in a suitably neutral-paced environment Opportunity to expand position and education offering

Successful applicants will be mentored by our current trainers and assessors in all our processes with an established trainer induction program in place.
