This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a trade background who is looking to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and build a long-term career in the construction industry.
What you’ll be doing
Assisting project managers and site teams in coordinating day-to-day project activitiesLearning how to manage timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentationPreparing progress claims, tracking variations, and ensuring accurate records are maintainedCommunicating with suppliers, trades, and consultants to ensure smooth site operationsDeveloping your understanding of project delivery from pre-construction through to handoverSupporting the wider project team in identifying and resolving on-site issuesWho we’re looking for
Someone with a trade background who wants to move into a construction management roleIdeally enrolled in or intending to study a construction-related degree (e.g. Construction Management or Civil Engineering)Honest, reliable, and hardworking with a genuine interest in the building industryPositive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work to deadlinesStrong communicator who works well in a team environmentMotivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced, supportive environmentWhy this opportunity?
