Manager, Vendor Partnerships - 12 Months Opportunity

• Vendor Partnerships Manager
• where you'll be accountable for delivering market leading Vendor Management and Third Party Risk Management in order to continually improve ING's key business partnerships.
• This is a 12 months opportunity covering an internal secondment

You'll be responsible for the establishment of a Centre of Excellence and leading a team of specialists (Vendor Managers & Outsourcing Managers) to deliver continual review of ING's service agreements, regulatory requirements and end to end processes in order to achieve exceptional market leading customer experience, cost improvements, risk management and overall value driven outcomes for the bank.

You'll be able to achieve this through your strong understanding and knowledge of the Bank's service providers, expertise in vendor management including stakeholder relationships, effective expense management, skilled negotiations, risk management and robust vendor management.
