As a Part-Time Learning & Development Executive, you'll play a vital role in supporting our training initiatives and ensuring our team members are equipped with the skills they need to excel.

As our Learning and Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the training landscape at Aloft. Reporting directly to the Cluster Director of Human Resources, your role will encompass :

• Keep a pulse on enrollments, attendance, and training hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Spearheaded the administration of associate training programs, ensuring all team members are informed and engaged.
• Champion ongoing training initiatives to empower associates in enhancing guest experiences, all while keeping up with the pace of our guests.
• Be the eyes and ears of service behaviors, offering valuable feedback and support to our talented team.
• Identify performance gaps and collaborate with managers to implement targeted training solutions for continuous improvement.
• Analyze feedback and data to pinpoint areas for enhancement, maximizing the effectiveness of our training programs.

• Skills and Experience
• Proven track record with relevant experience in a similar role.
• A robust understanding of the hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
• Must possess valid working rights in Australia.
• Eagerness to advance your career and take on new challenges.
• Self-motivated, driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Equipped with innovative solutions and a can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
