We are exclusively representing a leading boutique property development company in their search for an experienced Development Manager or Senior Development Manager to join their land development team. Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Acquisitions :   Lead the identification and acquisition of key sites to support ongoing and future land development projects, with a unique focus on addressing critical supply chain challenges.
• Project Leadership :   Oversee the full development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement :   Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local authorities, consultants, and internal teams.
• Feasibility & Analysis :   Conduct thorough due diligence, market research, and financial analysis to inform decision-making.
• Negotiation & Diplomacy :   Manage complex conversations and negotiations with confidence and sensitivity, representing the company’s interests with professionalism.
• Regulatory Compliance :   Ensure all acquisitions and developments meet local planning, environmental, and legal requirements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications :

• Proven Experience :   Minimum 5+ years in property development or related fields. Senior candidates should demonstrate leadership in complex projects.
• Technical Proficiency :   Skilled in financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and industry-standard software.
• Communication & Diplomacy :   Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to navigate challenging discussions and influence outcomes.
• Strategic Thinking :   Analytical mindset and ability to identify creative solutions to industry challenges.
• Resilience & Adaptability :   Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Education :   Relevant degree in a property related field.
