About the role Reporting to the Head of Independents – Retail & On-Premise ANZ, Penfolds is seeking a driven and strategicNational Account Manager – VIC & National On-Premise Customersto lead the charge in one of our most critical growth channels. This role is designed for a commercial leader who thrives in building strong customer relationships, executing high-impact sales strategies, and driving premium brand visibility in the on-premise space.

What You'll Do Strategic Account Management : Own and grow a portfolio of high-value Victorian and national on-premise accounts, including hotel groups, casinos, and restaurant groups.Commercial Execution : Develop and negotiate tailored business plans with key customers and wholesalers, ensuring alignment with Penfolds' luxury positioning and commercial objectives.Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a Key Account Manager, fostering a culture of high performance through coaching, in-field development, and capability building.Brand Visibility & Growth : Drive distribution, visibility, and consumer engagement across priority venues, ensuring Penfolds is represented with excellence at every touchpoint.Investment & ROI Management : Manage promotional budgets, discounts, and rebates with a focus on long-term, sustainable return on investment.Market Intelligence : Provide insights and trends to internal stakeholders, helping shape future strategy and execution plans.Agile Strategy Execution : Adapt and pivot plans in response to evolving consumer preferences and market dynamics, maintaining momentum and relevance.Why This Role Matters This role is pivotal in accelerating Penfolds' growth in the on-premise channel. You'll be the face of the brand in some of Australia's most prestigious venues, ensuring our luxury heritage is reflected in every customer interaction. Your leadership and strategic thinking will directly influence sales performance, customer loyalty, and brand prestige.
