Position Summary :

Be the "face of the hotel" – creating unforgettable memories for our guests through each interaction from arrival to departureRespond to guest enquiries for special arrangements or services including but not limited to transportation, reservations and dry cleaningAssist the Concierge team in general operational tasks whilst supporting other front office associatesBe an expert on the luxury hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectationsBuild and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookingsPlan and execute team building activities for our associates as they are our most important assetsEnsure all guest's requirements and requests are anticipated and completed in a timely mannerBe the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the departmentEnsure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required tasks in a prompt & thorough manner

About You :

A current driver's licenseRelevant experience in a similar roleFull-Time working rights in AustraliaEnthusiastic to escalate your careerSelf-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environmentArmed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
