Job descriptionRecruitment Specialist to play a key role in the growth of the company's blue-collar mobile plant division. Located in the heart of Perth CBD close to public transport. Benefits Competitive base salary with industry leading uncapped commission structure Regular team functions, outings & social events Flexible working lifestyle (7am and 9am and take an hour for lunch) Ongoing support from the team with paid training and development included Career progression and leadership opportunities Incentive trips (Bali, Hawaii, Melbourne Cup Day) Access to Employee Assistance Program Regular career progression reviews Member Recognition Recruitment Fast-paced filling of blue-collar mobile plant roles Collecting accurate documentation of work rights, high-risk licenses and qualifications OH&S checks and follow up calls Sales Site visits, with existing clients Account management Entertaining existing clients Requirements Previous experience in Mobile Plant recruitment Positive Attitude (essential) Career driven Australian work rights and currently residing in Perth, Western Australia high base salary plus industry leading commission structure as well as the opportunity to join in on the success of one of the industries fasted growing companies.
