- Must be based in Australia with working rights
- A minimum of 1 years experience as a
- 360 recruiter
- within Construction (or similar)
- Strong
- Business Development
- capability and understand how to grow your own desk
- Experience managing and growing a contract desk is highly desirable
- In-depth knowledge of the recruitment process and familiarity with various recruitment strategies.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
