As a Customer Service Representative providing phone based support to our Retail Banking customers you will be the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including :

We currently have Casual positions available with hours to suit your lifestyle from Monday to Sunday, 5am to 6pm (shift options and details listed below). This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work predominately from home with a once a fortnight connection in the office to give you the best of both worlds!
